Analyst – North Highland Academy
As a North Highland Academy Analyst, you will:

What will you bring to the table?
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
Experience with Project Coordination/Management, Business Analytics, Change Management, Technology Implementation, Business Strategy, Customer Experience, or other consulting skills highly preferred.
Strong time management, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
A proven ability to follow a structured approach to analyzing and synthesizing complex problems into simple components.
Resiliency and flexibility in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ingenuity needed to quickly activate on projects across numerous industry sectors and client business models.
A willingness to travel to address the needs of North Highland clients nationwide.
The emotional intelligence to read a room, adapt to varied personal and communication styles, and build consensus and credibility.
